You agree to use Dream SMM Panel in a manner that complies with all agreements made with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter, and all other social media platforms on their individual Terms of Service pages.
2. Payment & Deposit Policy
Dream SMM Panel accepts payments via Instant UPI, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards, Crypto (USDT, BTC), and international payment gateways. All payments are processed through secure 256-bit SSL encrypted payment providers.
Non-Refundable Balance: Deposits credited to your account balance are final and non-refundable to payment cards, bank accounts, or digital wallets. If you deposit funds by mistake, you must use the balance to place orders on our panel.
3. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing an unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent reversal request with your bank, UPI provider, Paytm, or payment gateway after depositing funds is strictly prohibited.
Consequences of Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback or payment dispute after depositing funds or placing orders, Dream SMM Panel reserves the right to immediately and permanently terminate your account, cancel all active orders, void remaining balances, and report the transaction details to global anti-fraud databases and legal authorities.
4. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

API resellers connecting to Dream SMM Panel agree to comply with all service limits, rate limits, and endpoint documentation. Resellers are responsible for handling their own customer support and explaining service descriptions to end users.
